Returns and Exchange |
We realise it may be difficult for some people to purchase our jewellery without being able to try them on first, especially brides and bridesmaids. However, we try our best to alleviate the uncertainty by giving as much detail as possible in the descriptions.
Our Policy:
We will exchange or refund your product within 10 days of receipt. The product must be unused, in pristine condition and in its original packaging.
Please note: Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
If returning an item, we expect to be notified by email first. The email must contain a reason for refund or exchange. This can be done using the form or email link on the contact page.
We Strongly recommend returning items by Royal Mail's Recorded Delivery or Special delivery so you can ensure our receipt. If an item goes missing in the post when sent by regular first or second class, we will not refund the item.
Sale items can not be refunded, but an exchange can be made if the item is not satisfactory.
Wholesale Orders
Part or Whole returns of Wholesale orders must be returned in pristine condition with display packaging intact. Ensure that goods are returned in a box or carton to avoid postal damage and packed well. No refund will be made for broken or damaged items unless otherwise notified in advance by email. If display packing is damaged and requires repacking a charge of £15.00 will be made.
